We are offering a hybrid work arrangement The company will also be providing the PC and equipment needed. Although during your first month (or until the HLM approves of the transition), you will be reporting on-site to complete company and/or client-required trainings. With this, the following requirements will be required prior the on-boarding:

  • Minimum of 25mbps internet speed (actual bandwidth via speed test) *higher than 25mbps would be required if there will be other people in the household who would be either working from home or heavily using the internet during your shift
  • Dedicated space or room with good ventilation for the PC set-up.
  • Table that can fit two 24" monitors and a chair, ideally positioned close to the outlet and internet modem
  • Work from home location is within NCR.

General Objective:

Responsible for performing the billing audit process to make sure data is accurate/consistent among different documents to identify data discrepancies before billing the client.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Perform Billing data load in the client's enrollment system of the assigned clients
  • Perform billing audit by reviewing the automated member billing audit report from the client's enrollment system
  • Identify necessary corrections and adjustments in the member records
  • Send inquiry to corresponding processing department for corrections needed using the client's project management tool
  • Perform or apply necessary manual and system adjustments to members records in the enrollment system
  • Perform ASO and Plan Set up fee's adjustments
  • Review Variance report
  • Review Billing Invoices prior finalizing and posting in the client's enrollment system

  • Bachelor's Degree or any equivalent experience
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
  • High accuracy and orientation to quality
