  • Provides appropriate customer care and responds to queries and concerns of patients for admission.
  • Help in initial screening and evaluation of patients to determine their capacity to pay for services they will require.
  • Encode complete and correct patient's information to the HIS.
  • Orient the patients and relatives on the requirements of Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC), Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and the companies on the availment of their hospitalization benefits.
  • Orient the relatives of Senior citizen patients that Senior Citizen discount will only be given upon presentation of valid Senior Citizen Identification Card to the Cashier.
  • Assist patients applying for promissory notes (PN).
  • Assist the Medical Social Worker in processing application for PCSO assistance.
  • Prepares daily census and admission reports.
  • Updates the patient monitoring report of the department.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Holder of Bachelor's degree in any related course
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Customer service oriented
  • With at least one years related experienced
  • Excellent attention to detail and analysis abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php19,000.00 per month
