Dorm Supervisor (Stay-in at Girls' Dorm)

About Us

Saint Paul American School is an international school located in Clark Freeport Zone, offering high-quality education in a nurturing environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated Dorm Supervisor to help care for and supervise our student dorm residents.

Position Type & Schedule

  • Stay-in position (accommodation provided in the dorm)
  • Schedule: Monday, 3:00 PM – Friday, 8:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of dorm residents
  • Oversee daily routines and enforce dorm rules and regulations
  • Conduct nightly security checks and ensure proper lights-out procedures
  • Support students with personal needs or emergencies during duty hours
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of dormitory common areas
  • Organize and monitor dorm activities to promote a healthy and positive environment
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as attendance checks and incident reporting
  • Coordinate with school administration regarding dorm concerns, incidents, or maintenance needs

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in dormitory supervision, school setting, or student care preferred
  • Strong sense of responsibility, patience, and professionalism
  • Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
  • Willingness to live on-site and work flexible hours according to schedule
  • Licensed Nurse is an advantage, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php24,000.00 per month
