About the role

Join Citicore Power Inc. as a Solar Plant Operations and Maintenance Manager in Pagbilao, Quezon. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and reliable operation of the company's solar power generation facilities. This is a crucial role in supporting Citicore Power's mission to drive the transition to renewable energy in the Philippines.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer;
  • With at least 2 years of experience as a Manager in solar plant operations or power generation;
  • Strong knowledge of PV systems, SCADA, and plant monitoring tools;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
  • Familiarity with energy regulations and grid integration requirements;
  • Should have a valid driver's license;
  • A local resident from Pagbilao, Quezon is an advantage.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manages daily operations of the solar power plant to ensure optimal energy generation.
  • Leads maintenance team in preventive and corrective tasks to minimize downtime.
  • Monitors performance metrics and implement process improvement to increase efficiency.
  • Ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Manages the budgets, contracts, and procurement of spare parts and services.
  • Prepares operational and performance reports for internal stakeholders and regulators.
  • Coordinates with grid operators, utility companies, and third-party service providers.
  • Oversees emergency response procedures and risk management.
