The Opportunity: We are looking for a skilled React Native Developer to take ownership of our cross-platform mobile application. This is a hands-on coding role where you will be responsible for developing new features, optimizing performance, and delivering a smooth, intuitive mobile experience for thousands of coaches, parents, and athletes. You will work closely with our backend and product teams to bring our mobile vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy new user-facing features for our iOS and Android applications using React Native.
  • Build reusable, high-quality components and front-end libraries for future use.
  • Integrate with our backend RESTful APIs to display and manage data.
  • Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks to ensure the application feels native and responsive.
  • Collaborate with the product team to define feature specifications and user experience.
  • Manage the release process to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Qualifications:

  • Mid-Level: 2-4 years of experience in mobile development.
  • Senior: 4+ years of experience with a portfolio of shipped React Native applications.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the React Native framework.
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, Zustand).
  • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them efficiently.
  • Familiarity with native build tools and development environments (Xcode, Android Studio).
  • Experience with automated testing suites is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and a passion for creating great mobile experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php75, Php105,000.00 per month
