Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Fleet Admin – Finance Associate to support our finance operations. This role will be responsible for validating, processing, and maintaining employee and business expense reimbursements, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial standards. The position plays a key role in safeguarding accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in reimbursement processes while supporting broader finance and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, validate, and process employee reimbursement claims (travel, allowances, and business-related expenses).
- Ensure all submissions comply with company guidelines, budgets, and accounting practices.
- Accurately process and track reimbursements within accounting systems on a timely basis.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of expense transactions for reporting and audit purposes.
- Collaborate with employees to resolve discrepancies, obtain missing information, and provide reimbursement guidance.
- Prepare and assist with periodic expense and financial reports for management review.
- Provide administrative and financial support to the finance team as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to ensure accuracy in financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial data with discretion and confidentiality.
