Are you a strong coordinator with a passion for bringing projects to life? AlphabetSoup, Inc. is looking for a Project Manager who can lead end-to-end project management across nationwide activations.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems on-ground, and can manage multiple moving parts at once—this role is for you.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • End-to-End Project Management
  • Lead project implementation from on-ground coordination, resource planning, budget monitoring, to reporting and documentation across multiple projects and areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review project plans and prepare all resources for execution (manpower, equipment, suppliers, vehicles, cash advances)
  • Manage project teams and coordinate deployment of all required resources
  • Oversee on-ground implementation to ensure alignment with the approved execution plan
  • Identify, report, and resolve operational issues; escalate concerns when necessary
  • Consolidate operational reports including photo documentation, quantitative & qualitative reports, and budget liquidation

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in events, activations, or field operations (at least 1–2 years preferred)
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines
  • Comfortable with on-ground fieldwork and nationwide deployments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
