Job Description
  • Process and track daily online orders
  • Handle disputes, refunds, and claims
  • Coordinate with warehouse, couriers, and internal teams
  • Monitor inventory, costs, and fulfillment performance
Qualifications
  • Graduate of Business, Logistics, or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in e-commerce operations or fulfillment
  • Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop a plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and good communicator
