As a Facilities Manager in the Philippines, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients while building expertise in commercial real estate operations. You'll work with diverse teams, leverage cutting-edge tools, and support initiatives that make facilities safer, greener, and more efficient.

Your Impact

As part of our team, you will:

Deliver Outstanding Client Service

  • Lead daily facilities operations for client properties with a focus on reliability and service quality.
  • Be the go-to point for facility needs, updates, and tenant support.
  • Support property-level activities including lease compliance and tenant relationship management.

Drive Operational Excellence

  • Coordinate with local Filipino contractors and vendors — from cleaning and security to landscaping and maintenance.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance and emergency repairs while ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards.
  • Help implement smart building and sustainability programs.

Enable Data-Driven Decisions

  • Use our global CAFM and technology platforms to track performance, generate insights, and support continuous improvement.
  • Produce clear operational and KPI reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

Promote Safety and Compliance

  • Support safety programs, OSH standards, fire preparedness, and emergency response procedures.
  • Coordinate with the Bureau of Fire Protection and government units when needed.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Facilities Management (Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license preferred)

3–4 years of facilities/property management experience

Experience with Computer-aided Facility Management (CAFM) platforms and basic Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems understanding

Solid communication skills in English and Filipino/Tagalog

Knowledge of Philippine building codes, vendor ecosystems, and local business practices
