**Salary: P40,000 - P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?**

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-focused manner.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Proficient in using computer systems, including scheduling and CRM tools.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.

Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve under pressure.

Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.

Comfortable engaging with a variety of stakeholders over phone and email in a fast-paced environment.

What will you do?

Key Responsibilities:

Handling booking enquiries via email and phone- Inbound

Calling and emailing tenants to arrange appointments- Outbound

Processing bookings using operating systems in accordance with policies and

procedures

Communicating with tenant's, property managers and field staff

Achieving KPI goals

Working and communicating with different departments within the company

Updating job notes and capturing relevant information pertaining that a job
