SOCIAL MEDIA ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement.
  • Responsible for building the brand and storytelling through our social media channels. He/She ensures that the content published adds visibility and awareness, but also consistently represents the brand's voice, style and image.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML).
  • Monitor day-to-day conversations and activity across all social media platforms
  • Maintain several Facebook accounts through copywriting, photography, editing, and creating advertisements.
  • Proofread, edit and format text and images, design cover art, and adjust program function for each title.
  • Increase follower participation through contests and giveaways.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest) and how to leverage them for marketing purposes.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Patient, Resourceful, and Flexible
  • Onsite work required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail
