Duties & Reponsibilities

1.    Receives filled out applications and ensures completeness of data entry as specified in the application form.

2.    Billing and sending Statement of Accounts to Account holders. (MCC, PO and Corporate/Wholesale)

3.    Follow up due amount of each cardholders via text, calls, chat and e-mails.

4.    Issue collection and official receipts for payments received and posting payments to credit system.

5.    Ensures the correctness and accuracy of data needed in the preparation of the Collection Receipts.

6.    Field work – Collect payments and EWT forms.

7.    Monitoring of accounts – Active, non-active, and delinquent accounts.

8.    Recommend for suspension, activation and closure of accounts.

9.    Documentation – Master list of Accounts, Application Requirements, and Reports.

10.  Ensures proper documentations for bank and in-house adjustments and endorse to credit-accounting for proper adjustments

11.  Report to service providers of any error and concerns regarding bank machines.

12.  Check for the unsettled transactions reported by the banks.

13.  Attend to inquiries and clarifications regarding in house accounts.

14.  Entertains over-the-phone inquiries and requests.

15.  Reports to Credit and Collection OIC Section Head for any operational problems encountered for immediate attention and resolution.

16.  Assess and recommends improvement requirements in the area of responsibility to efficiently and effectively perform and accomplish deliverables.

17.  Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business Related

Minimum of 1 year: Administrative, clerical, accounting, back office

Computer Proficiency; basic accounting; time management; ability to communicate well
