Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate

Location: Philippines

Duration: Contract

Primary responsibilities include the following:


• Handles invoice verification and ensure accurate data entry in Workday


• Analyzes invoices not meeting the 3-way match, routes the invoice to the correct approver to resolve issues.


• Perform activities to comply with SOX controls with the prescribed procedures.


• Record Vendor invoices in Workday


• Research and resolve concerns related to Vendor Invoices/payments

Perform other ad hoc activities as assigned Qualifications/Skills Desired and Preferred:


• Bachelor's Degree – preferably Accounting or its equivalent


• Newly graduates are allowed


• Proficient in MS applications, including but not limited to Excel, Word and PowerPoint


• Able to handle multiple tasks and follow detailed instructions with accuracy


• Able to work flexible hours or shifting schedules as required by the business


• Detail oriented and demonstrates ability to consistently meet targets and SLA


• Results oriented; proactive and can work with minimal supervision


• At least one (1) year relevant experience in Accounts Payable (preferred)


• Knowledgeable in ERP – purchasing, materials management and reconciliation (preferred)
