What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in video editing for social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
  • Strong color grading skills using DaVinci Resolve
  • Creative storytelling and concept development for branded or influencer content
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and data-driven content optimization
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and clients

Nice to have:

  • Experience creating assets for Meta and Google Ads, with an understanding of platform-specific requirements
  • Background in social media management and post-scheduling tools (e.g., Metricool, Sprout Social)
  • Prior involvement in campaign planning or content strategy sessions with creative teams

What will you do?

  • Develop video formats and frameworks tailored to each client brand, optimized for platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
  • Edit and produce 30-60 content pieces per client per month, ensuring high-quality, engaging output aligned with brand goals
  • Translate complex brand narratives into concise, entertaining, and trend-relevant video content
  • Monitor and apply emerging platform trends, viral formats, and cultural moments to ensure timely and engaging content
  • Collaborate with creative and campaign teams to pitch and develop video concepts that maximize reach, retention, and conversions
  • Perform color grading using DaVinci Resolve to enhance the visual impact and storytelling quality of content
