About the role:

At
Hubexo
, we're transforming how our systems talk to each other — and we're looking for a
Senior Systems Integration Engineer
to make it happen.

You'll design and deliver integrations that connect our key platforms —
HubSpot, NetSuite, Chargebee, DealHub, and more
— creating seamless data flow across the business. This is a
hands-on, high-impact role
where your work directly enables sales, finance, and operations to run smarter and faster.

What You'll Do

  • Design and build integrations using Make, APIs, and automation tools.
  • Connect key business platforms like HubSpot, NetSuite, Chargebee, and DealHub.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Project Managers to deliver end-to-end integration projects.
  • Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot integration workflows.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to simplify and automate processes.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years' experience in system integration and automation development.
  • Strong, hands-on skills in Make and API-based integration.
  • Knowledge of REST, JSON, and data transformation principles.
  • Experience integrating SaaS systems such as HubSpot, NetSuite, and Chargebee.
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming (JavaScript, Python, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications in Make or integration tools are a plus.
