The Reservation Agent is responsible for handling all reservation inquiries, confirming bookings, processing guest requests, and ensuring a smooth and efficient reservation experience.

Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms.

  1. Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
  2. Verify guest information, room availability, and applicable rates or promotions.
  3. Coordinate with the Front Office and Sales Department to manage room allocations and group bookings.
  4. Maintain updated records of reservations in the system.
  5. Handle special requests and ensure they are properly communicated to relevant departments.
  6. Upsell room categories, amenities, and services to increase revenue.
  7. Monitor daily arrivals and prepare reservation reports as needed.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or a related customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
