JOB HIRING: DETACHMENT COMMANDER

Location: Food Manufacturing Company – North Area

We are urgently hiring 1 Detachment Commander with the following qualifications:

-College graduate

-Holder of a valid/active Security Officer License.

-Preferably with Military or Law Enforcement background.

-Certified Safety Officer (BOSH 2) – an advantage.

-Certified Security Professional (CSP) – an advantage.

-At least 1 year of experience as Detachment Commander.

-Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel).

-Skilled in conducting investigations and preparing investigation reports.

-Must be proficient in making security plan/program.

Compensation & Benefits:

-Daily Wage: Php 1,150.16

-Holiday Premiums: 100% (Regular Holiday), 30% (Special Holiday)

-Overtime Pay: Php for 4 extra hours, with 25% premium)

-Government-Mandated Benefits: SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG

-Service Incentive Leave: Php 479.23/month

-Night Differential (as applicable)

-Communication Allowance: Php 500/month

-Free HMO Insurance
