Work Schedule

Compressed work schedule (Monday – Friday)

7:00 am – 6:00 pm every Monday –Thursday

7:00 am – 4:00 pm every Friday

What You'll Need

· Graduate of a 4-year course related to the field.

· Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

· Detail-oriented and results-driven.

· Flexible schedule; able to handle multiple tasks.

· Must know how to drive a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license.

What You'll Do

· Personally visit the site to assess the actual condition of Authorized Dealer's proposed location, including available provisions for water, electricity, and other utilities.

· Scout for feasible locations with high foot traffic, visibility, and accessibility.

· Coordinate with the lessor regarding rental terms and other concerns.

· Conduct site measurements and take photos.

· Submit an ocular report with findings, recommendations, and a break-even analysis.

· Conduct follow-up visits during construction.
