Job Summary:

The Concrete Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality, durability, and efficiency of concrete structures in various construction projects. This position requires expertise in concrete mix designs, structural integrity assessments, and site inspections to guarantee compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and analyze concrete mix formulations to meet project requirements.

  • Supervise concrete pouring, curing, and testing processes to ensure structural integrity.

  • Conduct quality control inspections and address any deficiencies in concrete works.

  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and site engineers for effective execution.

  • Prepare reports on concrete strength tests, material usage, and project progress.

  • Ensure compliance with Philippine construction regulations and safety standards.

  • Optimize concrete usage for cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality and durability.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to concrete cracking, durability, and structural performance.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred but not required).

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in concrete engineering or structural work.

  • Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs, construction materials, and site implementation.

  • Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and best practices (e.g., ASTM, ACI, DPWH Standards).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

  • Effective communication and coordination skills with project teams.

  • No experience need not to apply.
