About Us

Discover Group of Travel Services Inc. is a leading travel agency committed to providing excellent travel experiences to our clients. We are looking for a skilled and creative Writer who can craft compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and supports our marketing and communication goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Write engaging and accurate content in multiple formats, including:
  • News and feature articles
  • Listicles and blog posts
  • Social media captions and campaigns
  • Website copy (service descriptions, landing pages, etc.)
  • Press releases, newsletters, and other marketing collaterals
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives through effective storytelling.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide writing support for internal and external communications, documentation, and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate with the graphic designer to develop creative layouts and featured images that complement written articles.
  • Conduct research, fact-checking, and interviews (if needed) to ensure accuracy, credibility, and relevance of content.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communication channels.
  • Meet deadlines and manage multiple writing assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Experience in writing, journalism, communications, or related fields (Former campus journalist is a plus).
  • Strong critical thinking skills and a passion for writing with clarity and impact.
  • Journalistic outlook in both personal and professional work — accuracy, fairness, and storytelling matter.
  • Creative expression with the ability to translate complex ideas into digestible, reader-friendly content.
  • Proficiency in both English and Filipino (oral and written).
  • Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and adapt to feedback.
  • Familiarity with SEO and social media content strategies is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
