What you'll be doing:

  • Designing and delivering engaging, interactive sales training programmes to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales representatives.
  • Providing one-on-one coaching and mentoring to sales staff to help them achieve their individual and team targets.
  • Continuously monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborating with the sales management team to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored training solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and sales techniques to ensure our training is cutting-edge.
  • Maintaining detailed records of all training activities and providing regular reports on progress and outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • At least of two (2) years' experience in a sales training or related role.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective sales training programmes that drive performance and results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
