I. Job Purpose

Warehouse and Inventory in-charge is responsible in managing optimizing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy of records, and coordinating with suppliers to maintain stock availability.

II. Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily, weekly and monthly inventory processes and physical counts are conducted properly and on a timely basis to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Continuously monitor inventory levels, ensuring stock is available to meet demand while avoiding overstocking.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed to avoid stockouts.
  • Determine optimal reorder points to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Assist Top Management ensuring all warehousing and inventory control objectives are met, including lowering inventory valuation, and management of obsolete inventory.
  • Responsible in checking and reviewing inventory levels, ensuring accurate inventory records are maintained, and that inventory levels are replenished in a timely manner.
  • Analyze and report on inventory levels, trends, and discrepancies for improvement of Inventory Control Management.
  • Creates, implements, and maintains inventory control procedures to meet company goals.

III. Education, Skills and Work Experience

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related courses.

  2. Experience: 2 years' experience in inventory control management.

  3. Skills and Competencies:

  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
  7. Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices. .
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  10. Expert computer skills – proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook
