About us

Culinary Adventures operates Sandtrap Café, Katsu Kimchi Restaurant, The Bakery and the Tee Houses at Mount Malarayat Golf and Country Club while also bringing culinary excellence in catering special events like weddings, birthdays, and corporate events held at the club. We also offer outside catering services, party platters, packed meals, and the Malarayat Adventures International Buffet.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, and/or Operations Management

Experience: At least 2 years relevant experience

Skills and Competencies:

  • Organize and supervise the monthly stock count of all the food and beverage consumable supplies and replaceable assets on a half-yearly basis. Investigate and report any principal and significant discrepancies.
  • Minimize the cost of holding stocks by ensuring that various items of inventory are not over-stocked
  • Conduct monthly and annual operating equipment checks.
  • Perform and supervise the purchasing, cost control, portion control, and store procedures.
  • Prepare banquet functions reports, costing of F&B promotion items, wedding packages, etc.,
  • Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicate with relevant parties.
  • Spot-check on the receiving department to ensure the scales are correct and goods are checked for quality.
  • Ensures that material is issued from the store with requisition or approval from the department head.
  • Responsible for surprise spot checks at all F&B outlets.
