We are looking for a detail-oriented CAD Operator to join our growing team. The role primarily involves creating accurate technical drawings, shop drawings, and layouts for HVAC/air conditioning projects. In the absence of CAD-related tasks, the employee will be assigned to Administrative and Purchasing support responsibilities to ensure smooth company operations.

This position is ideal for candidates who are flexible, organized, and willing to learn beyond CAD-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and update CAD drawings for HVAC systems, including VRF system layouts, ducting, piping, and equipment plans.

* Interpret project specifications, blueprints, and sketches into accurate working drawings.

* Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and other teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

* Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions.

When the CAD workload is light, additional tasks will include:

* Assisting with purchasing: preparing purchase requests, canvassing materials, and coordinating with suppliers.

* Providing administrative support such as filing, documentation, data encoding, and report preparation.

* Supporting warehouse/operations team in inventory monitoring and requisition processes.

* Assisting management with other related tasks as may be assigned.

Qualifications

* Graduate of Drafting Technology, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical course.

* Proficient in AutoCAD (2D; 3D knowledge is an advantage).

* Experience in MEPF or HVAC-related drafting is preferred but not required.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Good organizational and multitasking skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php722.78 per day
