ArchiCAD & Lumion Specialist – Residential Projects (with Australian Standards Experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced
ArchiCAD & Lumion Specialist
to join our residential construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and 3D visualisation, with proven expertise in producing high-quality drawings, models, and renders that comply with
Australian building codes and standards
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed architectural drawings and documentation using
    ArchiCAD
    .
  • Create realistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentations in
    Lumion
    .
  • Ensure all designs and documentation align with
    Australian Standards, NCC, and local council requirements
    .
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and builders to deliver accurate project documentation.
  • Produce working drawings, construction details, and presentation packages for client approvals.
  • Manage revisions and updates efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proficiency in
    ArchiCAD
    (minimum 3+ years experience).
  • Strong skills in
    Lumion
    for rendering and animations.
  • Solid understanding of
    Australian building codes, BCA, and relevant standards
    .
  • Experience in residential projects (granny flats, duplexes, custom homes preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to produce accurate documentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
