Job Description

As an IT Help Desk professional, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network concerns, resolve technical issues, manage support tickets, and assist with onboarding and offboarding to keep internal teams operating smoothly.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience with Windows and Mac OS
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals
  • Experience with ticketing systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft)
  • Experience supporting U.S. teams

Your Daily Tasks

  • Provide technical support to internal users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Log and track support tickets
  • Support onboarding and offboarding
