Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in multiple languages, including bilingual support when applicable
  • Provide outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions to enhance their experience
  • Assist clients with account management, product information, and troubleshooting issues using clear communication and active listening skills
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on client requests, gather feedback, or promote relevant products and services
  • Enter data accurately into company systems, maintaining detailed records of interactions, transactions, and client preferences
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and ensure consistent service delivery

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer support or call center roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Strong multilingual abilities with proficiency in English and additional languages are highly valued
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and communication tools
  • Experience with outbound calling or sales activities enhances your candidacy but is not mandatory
  • Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries with patience, professionalism, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of call center operations or customer service best practices is a plus
  • Ability to type efficiently while maintaining accuracy during interactions
