The roleAs a ServiceNow Developer, you will work in the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team of software developers located in Poland, Philippines, and Denmark. The team focuses on developing ITSM functionalities, Service Catalog, and business-related features in ServiceNow using SCRUM practices.

You will play a vital role in supporting both our IT and business internal customers. ResponsibilitiesDevelop core ITSM ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Event, Request Fulfillment, Knowledge Management) and Service Catalog. Evaluate technical requests for enhancements.

Conduct peer reviews for fellow developers. Act as SPOC for Process Managers regarding new service development and existing service maintenance. Document developed ServiceNow processes and procedures in Confluence.

Maintain ServiceNow platform. Provide 2nd level support (Incidents and SRQs) for ServiceNow users across the company. Qualifications and experienceCertified ServiceNow courses and at least 3 years of professional experience in process management.

Proficient in English (written and spoken). Experience working in a corporate environment following ITIL processes. Outgoing, positive personality with strong collaboration skills.

Flexible, proactive, and results-oriented, with proven initiative in previous roles. Understanding of working in an international, multicultural environment. ITIL 4 certification is a plus but not required.
