Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Quezon City for an Audit Staff Accountant. The Audit Staff Accountant will be responsible for conducting financial audits, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and external regulations, documenting audit findings, and preparing audit reports. Daily tasks include reviewing financial documents, verifying accuracy, and identifying discrepancies. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure proper accounting practices and providing recommendations for improving financial processes.

Job Responsibilities:

-Assist in conducting internal and external audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

-Examine financial statements, records, and reports to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

Evaluate internal controls and operational procedures, highlighting areas for improvement.

Prepare clear and concise audit reports and supporting documentation.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and relevant laws.

Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information and clarify variances.

Support the finance and audit team in special projects and ad-hoc analyses.

Maintain organized and accurate records of audit procedures, findings, and recommendations.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in auditing or accounting, preferably in a corporate or public accounting environment.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and internal controls.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage.
