HVAC Foreman

Supervision & Coordination

* Lead and supervise HVAC technicians and helpers on site.

* Coordinate daily work schedules and assign tasks to ensure project timelines are met.

* Monitor manpower productivity and ensure proper work sequencing.

* Report daily progress to the Project Engineer or Site Supervisor.

Installation & Execution

* Perform and oversee installation of air conditioning units, ducting, piping, insulation, supports, and controls.

* Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and connection of mechanical equipment (indoor/outdoor units, air handlers, chillers, etc.).

* Conduct leak testing, vacuuming, refrigerant charging, and commissioning of systems.

* Ensure installation is in accordance with approved shop drawings and specifications.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

* Conduct preventive maintenance and corrective repair of air conditioning systems.

* Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform corrective actions.

* Replace faulty components such as compressors, motors, contactors, and thermostats.

Quality & Safety

* Ensure all work complies with company safety standards and procedures.

* Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with design requirements.

* Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.

Documentation & Reporting

* Prepare daily activity reports and submit progress updates.

* Record refrigerant usage, materials consumed, and work completed.

* Assist in testing, commissioning, and turnover documentation.

* Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
