Procurement & Logistics Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Procurement and Logistics Officer is responsible for the efficient sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of construction materials, tools, equipment, and office supplies. The role involves identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, coordinating transportation and logistics, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The officer ensures that both project sites and the main office are well-supported with timely and cost-effective procurement and logistics solutions. This position also manages office supply inventories to support daily operations.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is an advantage.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in a construction company.
- Experience in handling both construction materials and office supplies is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with local suppliers and construction-related procurement processes.
- Basic understanding of technical specifications of construction materials is an advantage.
- Willing to travel to project sites and supplier locations as needed.
- Can manage petty cash and prepare necessary documentation for purchases.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
