- 5 years' experience in Human resourses
- Supervises hiring / Recruitment of employees, education ang training & department of staff to perform department responsibilities and objectives.
- Formulates & Implements Company rules & regulations (CRR).
- Supervise and Implements Annual Performance Evaluation, salary realignment/ adjustment & other benefits & compensation.
- Responsible apply and renew Japanese Alien Employment Permit (AEP), Visa Application and other government license.
- Organize different company activities / celebrations such as summer outing, company anniversary, Christmas party, etc. In coordination with another committee chairman.
- Monitor all Japanese staffs visa expiration and apply for their visa extension at PEZA manila.
