  1. Mechanical Engineer or its equivalent preferably license engineer.

  2. Proficient estimation skills.

  3. Proficient knowledge on the Department's policies, procedures and standards

  4. Proficient technical knowledge

  5. Proficient in preparing submittals, shop drawings and other samples.

  6. Proficient in performing minor design and development works

  7. Good team player

  8. Proficient written and oral communication skills

  9. With analytical skills

  10. Reports directly to the Job Captain or Engineering Manager or Project In- Charge

  11. Studies the assigned plans and specifications to understand the project requirements

  12. Attends pre-bid meetings, site inspection to familiarize further with prevailing work conditions as assigned by Job Captain or Engineering Manager or Project In-Charge

  13. Coordinates with Job Captain/Project In-Charge if there are queries or clarifications with regards to the project.

  14. Prepare necessary submittals, shop drawings and other samples that might be necessary for approval of consultants prior to purchase.

  15. Performs other related jobs that may be assigned from time to time.

  16. Willing to be assigned in Makati and can start immediately.
