Job Summary
The Senior Procurement Officer manages end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities while coordinating construction, facilities, maintenance, and operational projects. This role supports management by ensuring efficient sourcing of goods and services, building strong supplier relationships, and coordinating with a wide range of service providers—including construction contractors, IT vendors, CCTV providers, medical and health partners, equipment suppliers, and other operational vendors.
This position requires strong negotiation and communication skills, as it works closely with suppliers, contractors, internal stakeholders, and management to secure favorable terms and ensure smooth execution of projects and services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Supply Chain
Manage the full procurement cycle, including sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, and supplier management.
Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable service levels.
Source, evaluate, and engage suppliers and service providers while ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Prepare purchase orders, canvasses, quotations, and comparative bid sheets.
Monitor deliveries, lead times, inventory levels, and supplier performance to support uninterrupted operations.
Coordinate closely with internal departments to forecast requirements and support operational needs.
Maintain accurate and well-organized procurement and supply chain records (physical and digital).
Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and service providers across construction, IT, CCTV, medical/health, equipment, and general operations.

2. Construction, Facilities, Maintenance & Service Provider Coordination
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for construction, renovations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and operational projects.
Liaise with IT, CCTV, medical/health, equipment, and other vendors to ensure timely service delivery and compliance with requirements.
Monitor work progress, ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications, and provide regular updates to management.
Support the upkeep of office facilities, equipment, and utilities.
Assist in securing permits, approvals, and documentation related to construction, facilities, and service engagements when required.

3. Administrative & Management Support
Prepare clear, professional memos, letters, and internal communications in English and Tagalog.
Communicate effectively with management, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and align expectations.
Maintain organized filing systems and documentation.
Provide administrative and operational support to management and other departments as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years' experience in procurement and supply chain, preferably as a Senior Procurement Officer or in a similar role.
Proven experience coordinating construction, facilities, maintenance, and multiple service providers (IT, CCTV, medical/health, equipment, and operational vendors).
Strong background in supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and procurement operations.
Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Tagalog.
Able to work independently with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Monday to Friday | Compressed work schedule (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Alternating Saturdays (twice a month):
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM or
