Job Description

  • Ensures that the director and staff are driven safely to their respective destinations
  • ·Perform minor repairs and routine vehicle maintenance, e.g., clean the vehicle, and check tire pressure, petrol, oil and water.
  • Submit the Daily Itinerary and Checklist Report to Admin Assistant.
  • Keep assigned vehicles free from damage, in acceptable condition, and consistently clean in manner.
  • Inform and advise passengers, e.g., of delays or unseen circumstances.
  • Able to read, understand and apply information relating to trip planning for services and delivery
  • Work extra/overtime hours as needed according to departmental workload
  • Report all accident and incident and take adequate measures in case of accidents or emergencies, e.g., by notifying appropriate authorities, taking safely measures, etc.
  • Maintain good physical condition of the car
  • Safety of Director and staff to their respective destinations.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of Company vehicles
  • Performs other work-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
