The position is primarily responsible for performing administrative and cashiering functions to support the branch operations. The position is also responsible for assisting the clients on their financial products/services queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cashiering

  • Confirms policy/insurance transaction with the mall branch insurance client.

  • Receives payment and issues Official Receipt (OR) of policies availed and renewed made in the mall branch.
  • Keeps an updated record of payments made by the policyholders.

  • Acts as custodian of the branch vault and the operating fund.

  • Administrative Functions

  • Maintains Agency and/or ADC Channel Contracts.

  • Monitors logbook for attendance, time-in, and time-out of ADC mall branch agents.
  • Keeps all marketing forms and documents for distribution to mall branch agents.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course
  • At least six (6) months of work-related experience Specific Knowledge Basic Cashiering
  • Amenable to work in Robinsons Galleria
