LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE HEAD LAWYER FOR THE ENERGY SECTORLOCATION: PasigSETUP: Onsite, Day ShiftROLE OVERVIEWThe role will provide legal support and regulatory advice to reduce and control risks, particularly in business development, supply, and commercial contracts. It will also ensure that the company complies with regulatory and legal requirements, specifically with the rules and regulations issued by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) and the Department of Energy (DOE). QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB)/ Juris Doctor (JD).
- Must have a license to practice law in the Philippines.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in a law office, or equivalent experience in government and the Energy industry.
- Experience in regulatory requirements of ERC and DOE.
- Experience in Land acts, legislations, programs, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding ofEPC and corporate law.
- A high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Willing to accept a Project-based status.
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.
