Sr Corporate Lawyer/Legal Counsel Hybrid Ortigas 100K About the job: Sr Corporate Lawyer/Legal Counsel Hybrid Ortigas 100K We are seeking a Legal Counsel Manager for our client in Ortigas, Pasig.

Role: Sr. Corporate Lawyer/Legal Counsel ManagerIndustry: Auditing and AccountingSalary: up to 100k basicSetup: Hybrid (2-3x remote), Ortigas, Pasig main officeSchedule: Mon to Fri, dayshift and mid-shift As Legal Counsel, you will handle all legal matters related to risk management, independence, finance, corporate governance and reporting, data protection, anti-money laundering, and other operational units.

Your specific responsibilities include: Conducting and leading investigations, participating in employee and ethics-related cases (internal and external); Drafting policies related to employment, ethics, and data privacy; Performing privacy impact assessments and ensuring compliance with data privacy laws; Providing in-house legal support across all business and functional units; Coordinating with internal legal teams, regulators, and government authorities such as PEZA, BIR, SEC, and LGUs. Qualifications: Philippine Bar Exam passer; Bachelor's Degree in Law; At least 4-5 years of legal experience, with a background in contracts, labor laws, data privacy, and regulatory compliance; Experience in tribunals, mediation, or litigation is essential; Experience as a company secretary or in governance roles is a plus but not required; Familiarity with government agencies like PEZA, BIR, SEC, and LGUs is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
