About the role

Fourleaf Development Group Corporation is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the design and development of our innovative real estate projects in Imus City, Cavite. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential developments to commercial spaces, and contribute to the overall success of our company.

What you'll be doing

1. Collaborating with the design team to conceptualise and develop architectural designs that meet the client's requirements and comply with local building codes and regulations
2. Producing detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and visualisations to effectively communicate design concepts
3. Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of projects
4. Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor the progress of construction and ensure quality standards are met
5. Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices
6. Contributing to the overall growth and development of the Architecture department

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
3. Strong proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
4. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
6. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and construction standards
7. Passion for design, innovation, and sustainable architecture
