About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence and paid media campaigns. This role demands precision, creativity, and a strong commitment to quality, ensuring that every piece of content aligns with our brand standards and drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across all relevant platforms (Meta, Instagram, etc.)
  • Monitor and engage with the community, fostering authentic interactions and brand loyalty
  • Create compelling posts, including graphics and copy, using Adobe Suite tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom)
  • Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and messaging across all channels

Paid Media

  • Execute and manage media buying campaigns for Meta, Instagram, and Google Ads
  • Monitor performance, analyse metrics, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the in-house graphic designer to produce high-quality creatives
  • Follow structured agency processes and templates to ensure efficiency and adherence to timelines

Optional / Preferred Skills

  • Basic video editing for social media content (preferred but not required)

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in social media management (content creation & management, paid ads)
  • Strong attention to detail with zero tolerance for avoidable mistakes
  • Ability to take initiative and go beyond assigned tasks to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Solid understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and digital advertising best practices
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite; familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, Google Ads)
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with Australian businesses or agencies
  • Familiarity with paid ads (Meta, Google) and email marketing platforms
  • Video editing or design skills are a bonus
