About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to join our team at Worldwide Group of Companies. As our Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our business operations. This is a full-time position that will see you managing a team of sales associates and ensuring the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive performance and profitability.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align store operations with the company's overall business objectives.
  3. Inspire and lead a team of store associates, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  4. Ensure exceptional customer service by monitoring and improving store processes and procedures.
  5. Analyze store data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a retail operations or retail management role.
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement.
  4. Proficient in data analysis and using data to inform operational decisions.
  5. Exceptional customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
  6. Familiarity with retail industry best practices and trends.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
