Customer Service Representative – Financial Account

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our Financial Account program. You will be responsible for assisting clients with financial-related inquiries, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer experience.

What's in it for you?

  • Salary range: ₱25,000 – ₱26,000
  • Fixed Weekends Off (Saturday and Sunday)
  • HMO coverage starting Day 1 (up to ₱250,000)
  • Coverage includes pre-existing conditions (including cancer), valid until age 80
  • Yearly salary increase (performance-based)
  • 10% night differential
  • Vacation leave conversion (up to 5 days)

Qualifications

  • College graduate with 1 year BPO experience
  • Completed 2 years in college with 2 years BPO experience OR:
  • Completed 2 years in college with 1 year Financial BPO experience
  • Above-average English communication skills
  • Must have: TOR/Diploma, COE or Resignation Letter, valid Government IDs (SSS, PhilHealth, TIN, Pag-IBIG), and NBI Clearance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php26,000.00 per month
