About the Role

We are looking for hardworking and skilled Carpenters to join our Operations team. The role involves assisting Crew Leader–Carpenters in fabricating crates, base pallets, and other wooden structures needed for logistics and project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate electrical and manual carpentry tools and equipment.
• Assist Crew Leader–Carpenters in assembling crates, pallets, and related structures.
• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment needed at the job site.
• Maintain and secure all tools and materials after use.
• Perform housekeeping and ensure cleanliness at the job site.

Reporting Lines

Reports directly to the Crew Leader – Carpenters and coordinates with the Operations Supervisor and Coordinator.

Qualifications

• With experience in carpentry or related field (at least 1 year preferred)
• Knows how to operate electrical carpentry tools and measuring devices
• Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Physically fit and safety-conscious

Skills & Training

• Skilled in basic carpentry and tool handling
• Knowledge of proper measurement techniques and equipment
• Responsible, dependable, and a good team player
