Key Responsibilities of a Hotel Ambassadress:
· Greeting and Welcoming Guests:
Providing a warm and friendly greeting to guests upon arrival and departure, and throughout their stay.
· Guest Assistance:
Assisting guests with inquiries, providing directions, information about hotel facilities and services, and local attractions.
· Information Provision:
Sharing information about hotel events, promotions, and local points of interest, ensuring guests are well-informed.
· Direction Giving:
Providing clear and concise directions to various hotel areas and local destinations.
· Cultural Ambassador:
Promoting the hotel's brand values and service standards, acting as a representative of the establishment.
· Handling Guest Requests:
Addressing guest needs and requests efficiently and effectively, escalating issues to appropriate personnel when necessary.
· Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Problem-Solving:
Addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
· Maintaining a Positive Attitude:
Demonstrating a positive and helpful demeanor at all times.
Job Qualifications
- At least 5'6" in height
- With a pleasing personality and a smart, professional appearance
- Must have a warm, friendly, and confident smile
- Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be presentable, well-groomed, and approachable
- No braces and visible tattoos
