Job Summary

We are seeking a Building Technician responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of building equipment and systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety devices. The role also involves assisting and monitoring contractors during installations, repairs, and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and monitor building equipment (e.g., ERV system, LVSG/ATS, VRF system, GENSET, STP, fire alarm, elevators, plumbing, CCTV).
  • Diagnose and repair issues in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
  • Support and oversee third-party contractors during technical activities.

Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, motor control circuits, and as-built plans.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork.
  • Safety-conscious and skilled in tool handling and physical tasks.

Qualifications

  • Vocational graduate in Electrical, Mechanical Technology, or related field.
  • NC II in Electrical Installation & Maintenance or Refrigeration & Air-conditioning.
  • Willing to work extended hours or holidays.
