About the role

As an Electrical Maintenance Staff at VELPRINT CORPORATION', you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the electrical systems and equipment at our production facility in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role that will see you play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, including switchgear, motors, lighting, and other equipment
  • Troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues as they arise, minimising downtime and maintaining productivity
  • Updating electrical diagrams and maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
  • Collaborating with other maintenance and production staff to coordinate activities and optimise workflow
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our electrical systems

What we're looking for

  • Qualified electrician with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of electrical issues
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and schematics
  • Familiar with the installation, maintenance, and repair of various electrical equipment and systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to following safety protocols
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and the ability to document maintenance activities
