JOB PURPOSE

Primarily responsible is to ensure stability, performance and security of the customer organization's IT infrastructure by designing, implementing and maintaining network systems and cybersecurity measures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

I. PRESALES

  • Understanding customer requirements, expectations and budget.
  • Designing network infrastructure and defining security posture.
  • Using tools to accurately design wired and wireless network.
  • Using software application for identifying vulnerability.
  • Creating a document that would detail the assessment, network design, bill of materials and solution.
  • Presenting of the solution to the client.
  • Working with Sales for the proposal.

II. IMPLEMENTATION

  • Working with the project manager for the scope of work, updates and project timeline.
  • Implementing network and securities products.
  • Coordinating with client regarding the details of the project.
  • Documenting the project to be submitted at the agreed timeline.
  • Working closely with other teams, supplier, principal and client for project implementation.
  • Escalating any issues with the project manager, supplier and principal.
  • Providing knowledge transfer activity with the client.

III. POST SALES

  • Providing Support with the agreed SLA.
  • Providing service report to the client with the agreed timeline.
  • Escalating the issue with the principal as needed.
  • Collaborating with the client to resolve the issue.

IV. TRAINING

  • Attending training for self and career improvements.

V. OTHERS

  • Performing other task that maybe assigned by the immediate superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • With at least 2 years of experience as a Network Engineer.
  • Expertise in LAN / WAN / WLAN protocols, design and troubleshooting.
  • Strong Knowledge in routing and switching technologies.
  • Proven experience in Network and cybersecurity administration.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Willing to go to different sites for meeting, implementation, and post-sales activities.
  • Willing to work after office hours/ weekends/holidays.
  • Exceptional Communication, problem-solving, analytical skills, and multi-tasking skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
