HR Admin Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and file employees' 201 files (physical and digital)
- Scan and upload 201 files to the HRIS system
- Update employee information in the HRIS system as needed
- Maintain confidentiality in handling employee records
- Ensure all employee documents are properly labeled and securely stored
- Comply with company policies, rules, and procedures
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by management
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Office Administration, Human Resource Management, or related courses (preferred but not required)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude
- Flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Must be willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
