About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Product Trainer who can do more than just train. This role combines sales strategy execution, trade marketing, and product training—ensuring our teams, partners, and customers experience the brand at its best, online and offline.

What You'll Do

Training Excellence

  • Design and deliver impactful product training for internal teams, retail staff, and partners nationwide.
  • Develop engaging training materials (manuals, workshops, e-learning).
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt to new market and product trends.

Sales & Business Growth

  • Drive execution of sales strategies to hit national and regional targets.
  • Monitor online & offline sales performance and turn data into actionable insights.
  • Guide and develop merchandising teams.
  • Strengthen relationships with clients, retail partners, and distributors.

Trade Marketing Impact

  • Plan and execute promotions, in-store activations, and POS campaigns.
  • Ensure strong visibility and planogram compliance in all retail formats.
  • Track competitor activity, optimize budgets, and measure ROI.
  • Align trade efforts with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Training , Sales and Marketing (preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or retail).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel for store visits, activations, and training.
