About the Role

The Sales Supervisor will lead and motivate the commercial team to achieve business goals and sales targets, ensuring adherence to company policies and optimizing sales strategies. This position is responsible for supervising sales performance, monitoring market trends, implementing business initiatives for growth, and developing leadership skills within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise sales teams to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze market trends to improve strategies.
  • Implement and refine sales and marketing plans for business optimization.
  • Mentor and develop leadership capabilities within the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and operational policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, commercial strategy, and team management.
  • Senior High School graduate or higher.
  • Willingness to relocate.
  • Basic knowledge of mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
  • Basic conversational English.
  • Willingness to work outside of an office environment.
  • Must reside no more than 20 km from Tagbilaran, Bohol.
  • Mandatory: Must be able to drive a car or motorcycle and hold a valid driver's license.

Desirable Experience

  • At least one year of work experience in any of the following areas:

    Microfinance, Multilevel Marketing, Rural Banks, Cooperatives, or Retail Sales (in-store).
